ATHLETE PROFILE PREPARATION GUIDE

1. Choose the approved public name, image, playing role and age band.
2. Select dated highlights and link achievements to verifiable sources.
3. Describe a specific development goal and what the player is learning.
4. Credit existing coaches, academies, clubs and other contributors accurately.
5. Document actual service, project responsibilities and optional Youth Council membership.
6. Obtain the player’s agreement and guardian approval of the exact version and channels.
7. Confirm publication/review dates and an adult managed inquiry and removal route.
8. Exclude exact birth date, school, direct contact, precise future itinerary, medical data, finances and private assessments.
9. Publicity is optional. Council membership, squad selection and support eligibility are separate.
10. Profiles show progress and contribution. Sponsorship supports the Titans team; donations go to Titans. No personal funding targets or sponsor offers.
