DEVELOPMENT DISCUSSION GUIDE

1. Agree one current focus with the player and their chosen coach.
2. Describe the starting point using dated, relevant evidence.
3. Identify the practice and match situations needed to work on that focus.
4. Explore purposeful games and competition; clarify expected roles, feedback and the review date.
5. Map your sports network, including your coach network, peer group and other people or organizations that can support your next step.
6. Check cost, travel, school, recovery and existing team commitments.
7. Agree how progress will be reviewed; distinguish reflection, observation and match evidence.
8. Record the next action and its owner.
9. Review development separately from selection for a particular Titans squad.
