PARTNERSHIP AND SPONSOR DISCUSSION CHECKLIST

1. Choose a program partnership, sponsorship of the Titans team or donation to Titans.
2. Define the purpose, intended beneficiaries and contribution.
3. For a program partnership, agree the activity, each party’s responsibilities, costs, supervision and how delivery will be reviewed.
4. Confirm the authorized adult, legal recipient and applicable policy.
5. Screen the proposed sponsor and director/related party commercial interests.
6. Agree realistic deliverables, permitted recognition, duration, image rights, cancellation and reporting.
7. Use player stories or images only with the player’s agreement and guardian approval of the exact use.
8. Disclose material brand relationships with relevant endorsements, including free equipment.
9. No sponsor influence over selection, direct sponsor to minor messaging or private player data access.
10. Do not label a gift earmarked to a named child as a charitable program donation.
11. Confirm actual support delivered and the appropriate financial records.
