SQUAD COMMITMENT CHECKLIST

1. Confirm competition, dates, age eligibility, squad capacity and availability expectations.
2. Read published readiness and sporting criteria, role needs and decision dates.
3. Clarify fitness and preparation requirements appropriate for the player’s age, including reasonable accommodations.
4. Understand realistic playing roles. Competitive fixtures do not guarantee equal playing time.
5. Confirm full costs, approved support, payment dates and cancellation/refund terms.
6. Confirm venue, travel, responsible adults, supervision, insurance and emergency arrangements.
7. Check procedural review and conflict handling routes.
8. Donations, sponsorship, fundraising, volunteer work and academy purchases carry no selection advantage.
9. Agree the review of actual participation and the next development step.
