Our vision · proposed
Young people across regions and backgrounds can find a place to belong, support to pursue their potential and opportunities to lead, then use what they learn to lift the next generation.

How we build community
Bring your club, academy, organization or regional identity with you. Titans brings people together across sport through shared learning, encouragement, collaboration and service.
A sports network grows through many contributions, from participation and mentoring to volunteering, partnerships and support. Adults remain responsible for safe, age appropriate youth activities.
Governance · proposed framework
Two parents elected by Youth Council members and one independent director jointly designated by the two stewards. The board oversees budgets, policies and contracts.
Two stewards who are not directors advise, designate the independent director and hold specified protected change rights. They do not dictate player selection.
Eligible enrolled youth may join freely and voluntarily. Members have one vote each, elect the parent directors and retain the rights set out in adopted governing documents.
