This website

What happens to your information.

BROWSING

Public information stays open

No sign in is needed to browse tournaments and guides. Only an adult community invitation request creates a contact record.

SAVED EVENTS

Your browser, your shortlist

Saving a tournament stores its listing ID in this browser. Remove it with the Saved button or clear site data. Downloads remain under your control.

EXTERNAL LINKS

Separate services

Organizer websites and TITANS have their own access, privacy and payment processes. A source link is not an endorsement or a Titans booking.

Website account privacy

Your account. Your data.

Adults can create a website account using email and password. Verify your email before saving a profile. Authentication is handled by Supabase; Titans does not receive your password.

Your private profile includes your name, country and region, chosen roles and interests, optional player age ranges and playing roles, adult and guardian declarations, consent records, and saved opportunity IDs. Do not enter child names, birth dates, schools, health details or precise addresses.

Your profile and saved opportunities are visible to your own signed-in account. If you request TITANS app access, designated administrators can review your contact email and the profile summary attached to that request. This does not create a child account, verify a guardian relationship, assign a coaching role or admit anyone to a squad.

Account sessions are retained in your browser so you can stay signed in. Sign out on shared devices. Personal data is stored in the configured Supabase project, not in public website files. It is not automatically shared with the separate TITANS app.

You can edit your details and remove saved opportunities from your account. You can withdraw or delete an app invitation request there. Account deletion requests require the website operator to verify account ownership and use the account removal process. No marketing subscription is created automatically.

Player publicity · publication standard

Separate participation from publicity.

  1. Check the profile’s purpose, claims, images and permitted fields.
  2. Obtain the player’s agreement and guardian approval of the exact public version and channels.
  3. Publish only the approved information, with a review date and adult contact route.
  4. Provide correction and removal options. Explain that third party copies may remain.

Keep exact birth dates, schools, direct contacts, precise future schedules, health, family finances and private assessments out of public profiles. Sponsor communication must go through responsible adults.

Concerns & responsible adults

Use the responsible activity contact.

For an existing activity, use that organizer’s established safeguarding route. Immediate danger requires local emergency services. Required external reporting must not wait for internal approval.

Before public launch

Publish the policies people need.

Adopt and publish privacy, safeguarding, media consent, participation, cancellation/refund and accessibility arrangements with responsible contacts and review dates.

This site adds no advertising pixels, external fonts or third party analytics. Hosting and access services have their own operational logs. The stated publication standards are requirements for launch, not a completed security certification.
