Ways to work together
| Route | What the support is for | How it should work |
|---|---|---|
| Build a program partnership | Equipment, coaching, facilities, games or community activities. | Agree what each party provides, who benefits, dates, costs and how delivery will be reviewed. |
| Sponsor the Titans team | Team preparation, equipment, tournament entry and approved travel. | Written terms, an approved budget, agreed recognition and reporting. Sponsorship gives no influence over selection. |
| Donate to Titans | Approved youth programs and participation opportunities. | Titans controls allocation under approved rules, with clear budgets and reporting. Donations do not create a personal player balance. |
Show what support makes possible
Verified team activity and consented player stories help explain preparation, progress and contribution. Team sponsors receive agreed recognition and reports of what their support delivers.
Player stories are voluntary. They carry no individual sponsorship requests or funding targets.
Prepare a conversation
This is a planning document, not a submitted inquiry, accepted partnership or funding commitment.
Before an agreement
A named host, a defined coaching and match plan, age requirements, dates, supervision, full family costs and cancellation terms. Local transport and accommodation need clear responsibilities. A partnership does not guarantee a tour, funded place or selection. Players retain their existing coaching relationships.
Agreed recognition for a delivered contribution, a jointly planned activity and a report of what it achieved. Any use of player stories needs specific consent. Commercial terms must be approved separately; no audience size, sales or referrals are guaranteed.
Purpose, contribution, deliverables, permitted recognition, image rights, duration, cancellation, reporting and a named adult owner. Promises must be proportionate and achievable.
The proposed commercial independence rule is stricter than disclosure and recusal. Arrangements benefiting a director or covered related interest must be screened against that rule before acceptance.
No. Academy affiliation, partnerships, sponsorship and donations give no influence over selection or playing roles. Partners receive no automatic access to private player records or direct messaging with minors.
